“Being a finalist has given my work tremendous exposure and given me confidence in the evolution of my practice. Creative Health is a subject I am drawn to as art can make a real difference in people's lives. It connects, engages, and ultimately can heal the human spirit. I was astounded at the breadth and depth of the artworks in the exhibitions, and I was proud to be part of an art prize of this caliber. Winning this prize can be lifechanging for an artist and the winning work 'per grazia ricevuta' by Deborah Prior was deeply moving.”
