The Hospital Research Foundation Group - Creative Health Art Prize
Launched in 2021, the The Hospital Research Foundation Group – Creative Health Art Prize recognises and promotes the important role of art in health and wellbeing.
South Australian artists were invited to enter the inaugural Art Prize in the theme of ‘Healing’ within three categories; Main Prize ($40,000), Emerging Artist Prize ($5000), Veteran and Emergency First Responder Prize ($5000). Due to the resounding success of the inaugural year, we look forward to opening entries for the second THRF Group – Creative Health Art Prize in 2023.
The Hospital Research Foundation Group – Creative Health proudly exhibits the work of South Australian artists across a range of galleries in our hospitals providing a dynamic and healing environment for staff, patients, visitors and the community.
The majority of artwork on display in the Galleries is available for sale, with 75% of the sale price going directly to the artist and 25% returning to support THRF Group – Creative Health Exhibition Programs.
Expressions of interest from artists seeking to show their work in our Exhibition Program is held annually.
